Awareness Campaign – “Say No to Plastic”

On 20 December 2022, the “Say No to Single-Use Plastics” Awareness Campaign was held at Ambattur-Market and Railway Station, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Over 5000 cloth bags were distributed to the public to encourage them to use reusable bags instead of single-use plastic bags.

The cloth bags were very well received and people were eager to make use of them for their daily shopping needs. The campaign was a massive success and helped spread awareness about the need to reduce the use of single-use plastics. The campaign also helped reduce plastic pollution and create a better environment for future generations.
